Most of us have sat through a three-day workshop, filled a notebook, felt genuinely inspired — and then changed nothing at all. Not because the content was wrong, but because nothing in the design of the training expected us to use it.
Takaya is structured around the opposite assumption. Cohorts are small enough that no one hides. Every module is applied to real work from your own role. And every programme includes coaching afterwards, because the gap between knowing and doing is where almost all learning is lost.
We work with individuals building a career, and with organisations across Oman developing their people. The format changes. The standard does not.

At our centre in Muscat. Several programmes run in hybrid format with some sessions online, and a few are fully online. Each course page states the format. Corporate cohorts are delivered at your premises.
Both. Public cohorts are typically taught in English with Arabic support, and several programmes run as fully Arabic cohorts. Corporate programmes are delivered in whichever language suits your team. Ask us about the next Arabic intake for any course.
Yes — a Takaya certificate of completion is issued for every programme, subject to attendance and completion of the applied project. We deliberately do not issue certificates for attendance alone.
Yes. We invoice organisations directly and can provide a formal quotation, purchase order reference and completion report for your training budget. Group rates apply from three participants.
Session materials and, where available, recordings are shared with you, and your instructor will offer a short catch-up. If you miss more than two sessions we will usually move you to the next cohort at no extra cost.
Full refund up to seven days before a cohort begins. After the first session, we offer a transfer to a future cohort rather than a refund. If a programme genuinely isn't what was described, tell us and we will make it right.
